RM Style Finds: Flirty Skirts for Spring

We’re finally starting to see signs of spring, which means it’s time to ditch the layers and shave those legs!  If you are looking for an easy-breezy skirt to add some life and color to your wardrobe, don’t fret. Take a look at a few of my favorites, which come in a variety of lengths, styles, and cuts.

Anthropologie: Gauzy Mint Maxi Skirt by Sanctuary – $138

The Maxi is still a wardrobe must-have for 2012. The cut of this beautiful skirt by Sanctuary is one of the details that makes it such a show-stopper piece for spring! Pair with a light v-neck neutral sweater for a cooler day or a simple tank as we move into even warmer weather!

Neiman Marcus: Embroidered Drawstring Skirt by T Bags – $96

I love the casual and fun spirit of this embroidered skirt! Go crazy with a printed tunic-top as modeled above or throw a blazer over it for a cleaner look! Whatever you choose, be sure to grab a great pair of wedges with this T Bags skirt!

Ombre Pencil Skirt: Rachel Roy – $278

An edgy twist off your everyday pencil skirt. Loosen things up with multi-toned piece by Rachel Ray! Pair with pumps for a dressier occasion or strappy sandals for an on-the-go look.

Nanette Lepore – Sweet Sixteen Skirt – $248

Don’t let the name of this great skirt deter you. It may have a  ”sweet sixteen” feel, but it’s pleated look is a huge trend this year. Nude pumps, a tucked-in blouse, and even a funky belt will instantly turn this flirty piece elegant!

Hannah loves all things fashion and you’ll find her on most weekends perusing antique stores for vintage jewelry in upstate New York where she attends Hobart and William Smith Colleges. Hannah uses fashion as a means of self-expression and enjoys the opportunity to highlight a different part of her personality every morning when she assembles a new outfit. Her style is “effortless chic” coupled with comfortable classic clothing spiced up with a vintage piece or two! Hannah came to RebelMom via her sister, Elysha, and now contributes to RM Style Finds & Deals as an outlet for her fashion interests and creative flare!
