RM Music – “Strength to Survive” by SOJA

I’m a big fan of Dave Matthews Band, and who doesn’t enjoy Bob Marley – even if reggae isn’t your thing?  SOJA’s latest album “Strength to Survive” is a combination of both, probably because the reggae band’s producer on this project has worked with DMB.  The result is a great mix of the two that highlights the similar musical elements while maintaining that reggae message and vibe.

“‘Strength To Survive’ is a SOJA’s best display of musical finesse yet.”Matt Emodi, The Pier

“The album is a likable mix of traditional roots reggae broken down for the casual listener and party reggae as re-imagined by jam bands such as DMB and Phish.”Sarah Godfrey, The Washington Post
