Juice-up Your Workout with Fat Burning Tunes!

Your ipod may be the answer to melting away more calories! Researchers in Liverpool last year found that people increase or decrease their effort and pace to match the tempo of music. So, I asked myself “Who can make me a mixed-tape?…I mean iMix  that will take my workout to the next level?”.

If you like dance music, then Searlina Bodden is your iMix guru. She knows how to groove and guarantees that her bumping selection of tunes will help you shed those unwanted pounds. Searlina (aka Sese) was formerly one of the Cayman Islands’ most loved and entertaining on-air radio personalities for a popular dance music station.  Her morning drive-time show would inject more energy into me than my morning coffee. She left radio to pursue a career in marketing and business development – boo hoo! But she still maintains her love for music and is my first stop for dance and party tunes.
