My favorite fitness guru, Justin Corcoran from Metafit*, is back with a short workout session created specifically for RebelMoms that will tone and burn calories. This session is less than 15 minutes but it will make you feel like you’ve been working out for an hour.*I have not been paid or compensated by Metafit.
What I like about the Metafit routine is that it doesn’t require any equipment and each exercise can be tweaked depending on your fitness level. I’ve done several of the Metafit circuits and I’ve seen results in just one week in terms of endurance and toning.
